Experienced Real Estate Closer
Full-Time • Miami, FL (Bilingual EN/ES Required)We are seeking an experienced Title Closer capable of managing high-volume purchase/sale and refinance files from intake to final closing with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of real estate closing experience in a Florida title company or law firm.
- Deep understanding of Florida title commitments, municipal lien searches, survey defects, and title clearance.
- Proficiency in title closing software and underwriting platforms (Stewart, Old Republic, Fidelity).
- Excellent interpersonal communication; fully bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Real Estate Post-Closer
Full-Time / Part-Time • Miami, FLResponsible for post-closing document tracking, county recording reconciliation, policy issuance, and escrow file archiving.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Experience with title policy preparation and underwriter premium remittance.
- Knowledge of Florida recording procedures and escrow balance reconciliation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline management.
